Iconic Baseball uses the Baseball Algorithm Simulator Engine, or BASE for short, to produce realistic action. The BASE takes the following data as input: The speed of the pitch - The location of bat to ball contact relative to the center point of the plate axis perpendicular to the pitch - The speed of the bat - The angle of the bat through the zone relative to the 2 dimensional flat plain of the field.
